A mastermind is a way for peers to team-up and work through problems by mentoring each other in a small-group format. By leveraging the combined talents, experience, ideas and advice of the group, each individual both gains and gives - ensuring a powerful collaboration towards shared survival and success.
When I started my online business in 2015, it was a Friday morning mastermind with a friend that I credit for growth.
This habit:
- Fundamentally shifted me into action (even when I didn't want to)
- Quelled my fears (when I was sure I was doing everything wrong)
- Held me accountable (because we gave ourselves homework and said it out loud to the other each week)
